Renovations and Construction

We handle all aspects of the job from permits to final sign-offs, from a single bathroom renovation to a gut renovation to new construction, including:

â–ª Structural Steel, concrete, and wood.
â–ªBuilding Exteriors, including block, brick, EIFS, masonry, siding, curtain wall, roofing, skylights, cornices, sills, and headers.
â–ªMechanical systems: plumbing, electrical, HVCA, video intercom, audio and video wiring, network writing, etc.
â–ªComplete Interiors: framing, insulation, and drywall. Doors, windows, trim, floors, moldings, stairways and railings. Complete kitchens and bathrooms. Custom cabinetry, stone, tile work, closet interiors. painting and special finishes.

Building Management

â–ª We can manage all aspects of rental property, including collecting rent, paying bills, making timely repairs, filing all NYC forms (DHCR, DOB, FDNY, HPD, etc), preparing apartments for new tenants, and performing all minor or major renovations.
